After a career in banking, Jennifer Grabowski joined her father's company in 2005 to take over the administration of A1-Hydraulics GmbH. After the death of her father, Jennifer Grabowki became managing director of A1-Hydraulics GmbH in 2018 to continue his life's work.

Björn Ebbinghaus

Hydraulics

Björn Ebbinghaus is both a salesperson and a farmer. Through practical experience in his agricultural business, Björn Ebbinghaus is very knowledgeable regarding the use of hydraulics in the field of agriculture and forestry. He has first-hand knowledge of many problems and can advise our customers on the configuration of hydraulic circuits.

Christian Martin

Electronics

As an electronics technician for industrial engineering and state-certified technician for automation, Christian Martin is the contact person for system technology and all matters concerning electrical controls and radio.

Sonja Stöwe

Order processing & logistics

Mrs. Stöwe is responsible for the processing of orders and the confirmation of delivery dates. She is in constant contact with our production manager and our suppliers. Furthermore, Mrs. Stöwe takes care of the export and all customs matters.

Alexander Derksen

Head of production and warehouse

Mr. Derksen is responsible for production planning and warehouse stocking. He monitors the timely availability of materials, organizes employee assignments, and coordinates closely with sales to ensure smooth operations.

Alexander Hinkel

Production and warehouse

Alexander Hinkel works in hydraulic hose production and the assembly of hydraulic components. He also provides support in shipping processing.

Kristina Machleidt

Accounting
